Overview

On 26th and 27th September 2023, Gospel Lighthouse Ministry Pakistan hosted a dynamic Leadership Conference in Karachi, in partnership with TFI – The Fellowship International. The event brought together Christian leaders, pastors, ministry workers, and believers from different regions for two evenings of powerful teaching, spiritual renewal, and leadership equipping.

Under the theme “Transformed into His Image” (Romans 12:1–2), the conference focused on discipleship, personal transformation, and developing Christ-centered leadership that impacts the Church and the community.

Day 1 – 26th September 2023
The opening evening began at 5:00 PM as participants gathered with expectation and reverence. Worship and prayer set a powerful atmosphere for the conference. Dr. Donald Glenn Leavell opened the sessions with clarifying biblical truth about spiritual transformation, emphasizing the importance of personal renewal before impacting others.

Subsequent teaching sessions led by Rev. Stan Mack and Pastor Timothy Mutchler reinforced the core message of transformation through Christ — helping leaders rediscover the heart of Christian service and calling.

Day 2 – 27th September 2023
The second evening continued with focused teaching on leadership identity, walking in grace, and living out the transformational work of Christ daily. Each session included time for personal reflection, prayer, and practical application of biblical principles.

Rev. Shafquat Gill provided pastoral insight and hosted interactive moments aimed at fostering unity and spiritual momentum among attendees.
