Overview

On the evenings of 23rd and 24th September 2024, Gospel Lighthouse Ministry Pakistan successfully hosted the Empowered Women’s Conference at Prism Banquet Hall in Korangi, Karachi. The purpose of this two-day event was to uplift, encourage, strengthen, and spiritually enrich women from across the city and neighboring regions under the powerful theme:

“Advancing God’s Kingdom.”

The conference was specifically designed as a time of fellowship, prayer, teaching, worship, and spiritual empowerment for women — including church members, ministry leaders, sisters in Christ, and all who desire to grow in faith.

Day 1 – 23 September 2024

The first evening began at 5:00 PM with a warm welcome and registration of attendees. Women gathered with expectancy as the night opened in heartfelt worship, lifting praises to God.

Rev. Shafquat Gill, along with his wife, led the first session, focusing on the identity and calling of women in Christ, emphasizing how God uses every woman to advance His Kingdom. The message was rich in Scripture, delivered with passion and clarity, encouraging women to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

The atmosphere was vibrant with worship and prayer, and many attendees testified to feeling spiritually refreshed and encouraged.

Day 2 – 24 September 2024

The second evening continued at 5:00 PM with deeper teaching, praise, and an extended time of prayer. Participants gathered again with joyful hearts, ready to receive God’s Word and direction for their lives.

The leadership continued powerful sessions focusing on spiritual growth, emotional healing, and strengthening faith. Interactive prayer sessions and ministry time allowed women to receive encouragement, intercession, and personal ministry.

By the close of the conference at 10:00 PM, many women expressed that the Lord had touched their lives in meaningful ways — through encouragement, revelation, and renewed spiritual vision.

The Empowered Women’s Conference was well attended by women from various churches, communities, and Christian organizations across Karachi.
